When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped 1-3 days (not including weekends and holidays) after placing your order. We use USPS Ground and First Class Mail, as well as UPS to ship. Please see item details for estimated arrival times.

Estimated shipping time for First Class Mail is 2-5 business days, and 1-3 business for Priority Mail. These time frames do not apply to international orders.

It can take up to 48 hrs for tracking to update. Please note these are estimated delivery times frames and not guaranteed.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds on shipping is USPS takes longer to ship your item. Please select priority mail shipping if available.

If you need to change your address, please contact ship within 6 hours from your order being placed.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship to APO addresses. Just include that in your delivery address. For overseas addresses, we ship upon request for select items.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves on our excellent 5-star customer review rating, and will always put your needs first. If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us for an exchange or return.

Returns are accepted 14 days after purchase made. Items must be returned unused/unworn in its original packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping and 10% restocking fee.
