Orders are typically shipped 1-3 days (not including weekends and holidays) after placing your order. We use USPS Ground and First Class Mail to ship. You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for most purchases. Please see item details for estimated arrival times.

Estimated shipping time for First Class Mail is 2-5 business days, and 1-3 business days for Priority Mail. These time frames do not apply to international orders.
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Please note these are estimated delivery time frames and not guaranteed.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds on shipping if USPS takes longer to ship your item. Please select priority mail shipping if available.

If you need to change the address, please contact shop within 6 hours from your order being placed.

Returns are accepted 14 days after purchase made. Items must be returned unused/unworn in original packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping and 10% restocking fee.

Have an APO address? Just include that in your delivery address! For overseas addresses, we ship upon request.

To ensure you get your items on time, it’s always good to shop early as the delivery carriers get pretty backed up in December. Place your order by Dec. 15th to ensure Christmas Day delivery.
