At Lil Posh Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That’s why we offer a No-Hassle Return & Exchange policy for damaged or incorrect merchandise. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’ll gladly provide a return or exchange.

For all other returns, please note the following:

• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
• Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund or exchange.
